In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

– The expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999
– Indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
– The data relating to your bank account (this allows the refund of the sum due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the address indicated by the seller. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.
