4. Pricing & Payment

5. Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days for faulty or incorrect items. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
