If you receive a part that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the part:
Our team will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours. You will receive instructions for sending the item back.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. If the item is returned due to change of mind or ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you need a different part, we can arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
