THE COMPANY offers its customers, except for control units or electronic components, a minimum warranty period of 1 year depending on the type of material, in accordance with Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007.
If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, you must notify and deliver the item under warranty to THE COMPANY, which will evaluate the part and proceed with its replacement or refund. If the part is not defective, a voucher for the same value will be issued, redeemable for items in stock.
The warranty does not cover labor costs, defects or damage caused by the failure of the part, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer. All spare parts have a maximum return period of 7 days, provided they have not been tampered with and the corresponding invoice is presented. After this period, returns will not be accepted. According to Article 18 of RD 782/98, implementing Law 11/97 on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
The final holder is responsible for delivering the used packaging waste for proper environmental management.
To make a return, you must take into account the following:
1. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
2. The product must not have been tampered with and must retain its warranty seals.
3. The product must not have been installed in the vehicle.
4. You may not use the spare part’s packaging as a shipping box; do not stick the shipping label directly onto the spare part’s cardboard packaging, as our company may refuse the product.
5. Depending on the condition of the returned spare part (incomplete, damaged, packaging in poor condition), the refund may be rejected.
6. Naturally, if the product was not the one ordered or has a defect, this warranty covers it.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, THE COMPANY will accept the return of the product and proceed with the refund according to the payment method used, and if applicable, the shipment of the new product.
