Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If your part isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Promise

If you receive a part that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

30-Day Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the part:

  • Is in the same condition as delivered
  • Has not been installed or modified
  • Includes all original packaging where possible

How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours. You will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. If the item is returned due to change of mind or ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please Note

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the part was faulty or not as described
  • Installed or modified parts cannot be refunded

Exchanges

If you need a different part, we can arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components that have been plugged in
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Custom-modified parts
